Ankimo anyone?
SO my in usual attempt to master all things sushi related, I’ve decided to make my own Ankimo. I used a very simple recipe gathered from the internet.
- Soak liver in salt water for several hours, change water several times.
- Remove veins and outer membrane
- Soak for 10 minutes in sake
- Roll in foil like a burrito and steam for 30 minutes
