iPhone not looking so good?

John Dvorak, long time Apple critic, is claiming that according to his sources the iPhone battery will only last for 40 minutes of talk time. Not only that, but the interface ‘fouls up constantly.’
With only 2 more months until the iPhone release, what can we expect from the big A? I call delays, and after the release, I think we’ll start to see lots of bugs emerge. Just a guess, but it’s looking more and more likely.
For all the time and effort that apple put into this thing, a botched release could mean big problems for the company. Anyone got the cajones to short?

How can this information possibly be real? No one would make a phone that only lasts 40 minutes. I think someone fed Dvorak some bullshit and he ate it up
