Obama wins Texas?
Anyone getting the feeling that the Democratic primary is gonna get really ugly? Like 2000 election ugly that means McCain gets elected?
I mean, on one hand it’s probably the closest race in…god knows how long, I’m less than 30 years old. That, along with all the mud slinging will ensure that this race not only comes to the wire, but will also be disputed for a long time.
And guess what, after the Texas caucus it seems the Obama actually won Texas. What? Really? WTF?
I don’t understand either. I mean, did anyone know the democratic primary system was so fucked up? Am I the only one the doesn’t understand this shit?
So here’s the count, from Daily Kos:
TX Primary Result
Clinton 1,459,814
Obama 1,358,785
TX Caucus Result
Not formally tabulated but if we derive from the available totals we have good approximate numbers
Clinton 440,000
Obama 560,000
Grand Popular Vote Totals (Primary + Caucus)
Clinton 1,469,814 + 440,000 = 1,909,814
Obama 1,358,785 + 560,000 = 1,918,785
That means Obama got 98 votes to Hillary’s 95. So, it’s an Obama win…right?
Who the hell knows…
I have to say though, one thing this primary has taught me is that I HATE Hillary. Fucking hate her. Hate her voice, hate her attacks…I mean, everything. And I LOVE Punahou…i mean, Obama. Great speaker, great message…sure, it may be all fake, but why not give it a try.
Who you got?

Who I got?

Snoogens.
I doubt that your ‘grand popular totals’ are accurate. Most who vote in the Texas caucus already voted in the primary. They are just people who have nothing better to do than wait around a couple of hours to caucus. As far as candidates, just as long as we don’t elect another Republican I’ll be happy.
